Novotel Manila Araneta City Hotel

We.love the accomodation and the staff specially miss joan on the reception..she did all her best to give all our request and arrange everything.from early check in then upgrading our room. Also she make sure that the celebration of my wife birthday will be something to remember. And also we love the buffet breakfast there is lot of choices. With reasonable price unlike to other hotel that we stay they have much higher price..one thing the primiere area which i believe in other hotel they call it the club room..could add some food and drinks and also other hotel if you check in with there club room they had free movie added to the channel of the tv.

The staff was amazing and was one of the best parts of our entire stay. They had a full hotel most of the time we were there but they still were able to meet our special requests. We have two children with special needs and they were treated so kindly by the staff. The breakfast was so good each morning I looked forward to trying foods from around the world. The pool was clean and we loved lounging in the comfortable cabanas. We felt safe and well taken care of at this hotel and we will return.

First, I would like to say I grew up in this neighborhood. I passed by this place every single day from school / work to my home at the street behind Ali Mall, back when it was still a huge parking lot for Araneta Coliseum with a post office and a Red Ribbon bakeshop. I was an Araneta Center / Cubao emo kid from the 80s to the early 2000s and I knew it like the back of my hand. Having said that, it was such a huge , tremendous pleasure to have stayed here and seeing the entirely new Araneta Center (nay, Araneta CITY now) from a bird's eye view inside my very cozy room at the 17th floor. I loved every minute of it. Thank you for the check in lady for her outmost graciousness and the upgrade. The hotel exceeded my expectations; I am a world traveller and I can honestly say that Novotel is at the level of hospitality and hotel / room design that I have seen in Germany, London and Paris. Cleanliness was maintained, not a smell from any of the hotel areas. The meals I had at Food Exchange was a Chef's kiss (the Laing was heavenly and thank you for adding Indian cuisine). The pool was cozy and the karaoke at night (beside the pool) was pretty funny. I was happy about the availability of the gym and they had enough aerobic machines. They even have a taxi service for you should you need it (and you WILL need it). The staff were friendly and gracious, not a snob in place. The security open the doors for you, you feel very special - never had this anywhere else in the globe but the Philippines. Outside Novotel, Araneta City will have anything and everything in aces. There's a Wendy's just outside, a 7-11 , a Taco Bell and Starbucks a block away and Gateway Mall, Rustan's and Ali Mall are a shopper's boon.

there was enough parking. the pool area at night is nice. it has an acoustic. we were there on a Saturday. Check in was quick. Breakfast at a little over P1000 was so worth it with the many selection. it was right next to Araneta Coliseum. Best of all is the bed..it has a 4 inch foam topper & the pressure of the shower head. Room still looks new. we pushed 2 queen beds together so we can make more spaces on both sides although the room is still spacious if u dont. Location was next to the huge mall. Pool view at night is so nice fr our room.

The variety of food - lots to choose from and the veggies are from their own farm! Talk about sustainability! location - just beside araneta coliseum very convenient for concert goers like me and near malls as well so there are a lot of restos and stores nearby Staffs - very courteous, helpful and nice
